I’ve spent most of my working life dedicated to assisting people in one form or another. About 38 years ago I discovered hypnotherapy. At first, perhaps like you, I was very sceptical of anything that could be achieved by using hypnosis. Nevertheless, I started to use hypnosis and found that I achieved profound changes in my life.
