Wooler based-STARS Learning Ltd is a specialist teaching, advice and revision service based at the Cheviot Centre in Wooler Northumberland.
We offer tutoring in all subjects 3-13 yrs, exam help and revision to 16yrs in Maths and English. We assess, advise and teach dyslexic, dyspraxic and SEN children as well and gifted and talented. We offer bespoke courses and tuition.

I have been a Microsoft and IT Training Consultant for over 20 years helping individuals improve their skills and efficiency to help businesses save money. Most of the training is on the clients premises. Trainer led sessions give the opportunity for groups to learn a series of topics together. One to one support for individuals is a valuable addition to this which allows for more in time to look at a delegates own specific examples and find ways to improve their processes. I train Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Visio, Power BI, Project and Office 365 but can turn my hand to most IT software!

Our web / app based service offers employers the opportunity to advertise apprenticeships, jobs and work experience for free directly to schools. School pupils use the service to build up a digital profile evidencing their skills and strengths. Pupils can connect with employers with the support and supervision of their school careers lead. Alternatively employers can search for pupils who show certain skills and approach them to offer opportunities. There is no cost to advertise for businesses of any size.
