Coach Chris McClarence is a unique personal trainer and athletic development coach and takes your results incredibly seriously. With a vast experience of coaching and training many clients and competitors in the Newcastle and Gateshead area, as well as preparing himself for a diverse range of competitions from MMA (mixed martial arts), strength athletics, endurance challenges to strongman events and getting photoshoot ready!

Pilates is a long established method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. With regular practise Pilates can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. Pilates can complement any sports training by developing whole body strength and flexibility, and help reduce the risk of injury.
The studio is easy to find, on the A68 with ample parking. There’s private class booking available along with weekday group mat classes. The group classes are tailored to specific levels and requirements so you can find the right class for you. Classes include beginner, intermediate, a posture class for people who tend to slouch a lot, a 50’s and up class and a mum and baby class. There is definitely a class here to suit your body and ability. Maximum of six people in each class makes even the group classes feel like a private class as Katherine can concentrate on each of your form and movement.
