I help professional women and female business owners to conquer challenges in their life and career so that they can achieve unstoppable success.
I'm passionate about empowering women to believe in themselves and find their 'fit' in life, so that they feel free, fulfilled and happy. Helping them to reconnect with and embrace their true, whole self, achieve their ambitions and be unstoppable!
I do this through 1-1 coaching, with a focus on cultivating confidence, resilience, self-belief and self-care, as well as helping clients to reassess/reconnect with their purpose, values and/or identity.
As an ex-HR Director, following a long career in HR, I've had experience of coaching leaders and HR colleagues at all levels in multiple sectors and organisations. And I've been there myself!
So I've learned first hand about the psychology of people and what does and doesn't work well. And I've helped and observed women go through a variety of life/career changes and common challenges.
Alongside this, I have lived experience of personal growth through significant life changes, as well as overcoming self-doubt, overwhelm, stress/anxiety and a lack of confidence, all of which have impacted both my personal and professional life.
This blend of understanding gives me a unique perspective that means I can truly relate to other women's experiences.
My areas of expertise are:
✅ Mindset & Confidence
✅ Purpose, values & identify
✅ Overwhelm, stress & anxiety
✅ Life & career transitions
✅ Leading yourself and others
