With almost 30 years experience in training and coaching primarily with leadership issues, in both private and public sectors, I now specialise in working with women who are facing major change in their life and are experiencing difficulty in working with the chnage. This could be a life change or work change, such as divorce, empty nest syndrome, work promotion or leadership challenges. I work directly with my clients, either face-to face or by phone, as this helps me and the client to fully engage. My key value is 'making a difference' and this is my business and personal philosophy. I am a fully qualified life coach, NLP practioner and hold an honours degree in business education.
