Short Business Description
I provide holistic therapies, yoga and meditation, retreat days and weekends. I have a particular interest in nervous system regulation and helping those with anxiety and those in peri-menopause. I am also a trained Soul Midwife, supporting those who are in the final months of life, and their families.
Long Business Description
I work from my summerhouse in Heddon on the Wall. I provide a range of holistic therapies - aromatherapy, massage, Indian bead massage, reflexology and energy work. I work with the body on a metaphysical level, gently sensing and helping to release emotions and trauma thatnis held at a cellular level and manifests as physical discomfort within the body. I also work as a Soul Midwife, providing spiritual care to those coming towards the end of life, and their families. I enjoy running days and weekends to allow people to retreat from life. When we give ourselves the power of community and the time and space we need away from the chatter of life, then amazing transformations can happen.
