The Positively Pregnant antenatal workshops focus on the physiology and psychology of birth, and how our knowledge of these can best aid birth to happen as easily as possible. All births have the potential to be a positive and loving experience, when approached with confidence, knowledge and choice. These workshops are for all ‘types’ of birth - induction, home birth, hospital birth and Cesarean birth.
Practical tools (this is where the Hypnobirthing element comes in - I’m a Hypnobirthing practitioner & clinical hypnotherapist!) learning about our choices & rights during birth, and we have fun meeting other local parents to be. Based in my private relaxation room just outside Chatton, or in couples own homes.
