About Lauren
After carving a career in-house and as part of the senior management team at an award-winning creative agency, Lauren founded MOLE to give SMEs and non-profits the same access to creative problem solving afforded to global brands. A believer in the power of big ideas, Lauren has crafted award-winning campaigns for household names and has worked with teams in a variety of sectors, including homes and gardens, property, family attractions, food and drink and non-profit.
Lauren believes that great ideas come from people. Not rich people, not 'arty people', not people who live in a certain area. She is a passionate advocate for accessibility in arts and culture and the importance of creativity being something which everyone can access. Lauren sits on the board for Tyne and Wear Archive and Museums and supports multiple charities in the region.
A Northumberlandian through and through, Lauren lives near Morpeth with her partner and her pets Cerberus Sheepadoodle and Gatsby Cat. Neither of which are pulling their weight in the business.
