Long Business Description
There is no such thing as ‘one size fits all!’ Treatment involves addressing symptoms, but also (importantly) identifying the wider causes. Alongside this we develop an understanding of how your body moves and functions together. Treatments are personalised to your needs and involve a hands-on approach to help make your goals a reality, getting you back to being healthy and active.
Through accurate assessment skills we utilise everyone’s posture and biomechanics to understand your body and then tailor treatment plans to facilitate optimal healing. We always ensure people leave sessions understanding their bodies, and how they can help the healing process themselves in daily life.
